When we first started looking, we reached out to Mark based on a family-friend's high recommendation. We were nervous to find the right agent because we knew we would need someone who was willing to be patient and respectful of our budget. We also knew that as our first home we were going to be particular, and wanting a duplex drastically minimized our options. Mark quickly responded to our inquiry and invited us into a meeting.
